Here are a few of my favorite hair secrets:
1. Eat lots of fish and nuts for healthy hair. They are filled with nurtrients and lots of protien.
2. Protect shine with luke warm water. The hot water can damage your hair.
3. Skip the heat (blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, etc) it can really damage your hair and leave you with split ends.
4. Brush your hair less to limit the amount of hair loss.
5. Avoid extreme color changes. These chemicals can damage your hair.
6. Protect your hair from the sun. Too much sun exposer to the sun can damage your hair and dry it out.
7. Avoid chlorine damage by rinsing your hair before entering the pool.
8. Keep brushes away from curly hair. Your hair can break and become more dry and brittle.
